The network is made up of selected independent garages, that are able to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the highest levels of technical excellence and customer service. We also endeavour to ensure that we meet environmental policies by disposing of any waste in the correct and safe manner.
To ensure that standards are maintained, we take part in a rigorous programme of quality and performance checks. This ensures that we continuously improve our facilities and services by way of regular assessment.
the Bosch Car Service Code of Practice
The purpose of this code is to provide a clear guide of the standards that you can expect from a BCS garage and enable you to make an informed decision to use a BCS garage. The code has been fully approved by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT).
The code explains the operational standards and procedures that Bosch Car Service garages will employ to ensure customers receive a proficient level of care and attention. All Bosch Car Service garages are required to comply with the provisions of the code and fulfil all relevant statutory and legal requirements, in particular those relating to Trading Standards, Health and Safety, Environmental Protection and Employment. All Bosch Car Service garages aim to offer an outstanding level of care and attention, as well as the highest standards of workmanship.
Please note that manufacturers warranties will NOT be affected if you choose to bring your vehicle here for service or repair.
